Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive e-commerce websites with a focus on user experience and functionality.

• Customize and maintain online stores using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce systems.

• Implement product pages, payment gateways, checkout processes, and order management features.

• Optimize website performance, speed, and security for a smooth customer experience.

• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across different devices and browsers.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular updates and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in developing and designing e-commerce websites.

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.

• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and website security practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO optimization for e-commerce websites.

• Knowledge of website analytics tools and performance optimization.

• Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
